About the book
“The New York School for Performing Arts is the perfect place for a unicorn like me. So far it has been totally awesome!
Madame Swirler is training me up for a HUGE dance competition. She keeps shouting ‘How will I train a unicorn with two left feet?!’ but luckily for her I have hooves, so we’ll be just fine.”
Louie’s story is brought to life with a unique visual approach, combining real New York photography with funny character illustrations.
“Madame Swirler says that ‘pigs will fly’ before I get the lead part in a show. Wow I would LOVE to see that! New York has a unicorn in town, so why not flying pigs?”
Louie’s New York to-do list:
1. Enroll in the New York School for Performing Arts
2. Put on a SHOW!
3. Make everyone in New York believe in unicorns.
4. Make sure I’m getting my five-a-day (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, raspberry and toffee cupcakes, obviously).
5. Be totally AWESOME at all times.
